Counterfeit Companies

If you suspect someone is contacting you using our brand, name, or logo without permission, we advise you not to disclose any personal information and to inform us immediately via e-mail at [email protected].  We strive to identify all counterfeit companies, but some may occasionally go undetected.

Clients must confirm the legitimacy of the company they are interacting with online before disclosing personal information or conducting transactions. In certain cases, we are aware of our name and group identity being misused but are unable to prevent it. We extend our deepest sympathy to all victims who have suffered losses under such circumstances. However, Forex Club is not responsible for any payment requests made under our name without authorisation. We have learned that in Germany, an unauthorised third party named “Mark Fischer” is contacting our clients under the guise of a trader from “CCFD”.

This trader appears on the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) fraud warning list available at https://www.finma.ch/en/finma-public/warnungen/warnliste/ccfdbank. Please beware of any information you may receive from Mark Fischer or the CCFD brand, as they are neither part of the Forex Club group nor authorised partners of any Forex Club subsidiaries or affiliates.
